1 YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL THE TABLE BASES PRODUCED/SUPPLIED
BY ISSL-THE TABLE BASE COMPANY!

We are very glad to inform you that from now on, all the table bases produced and supplied by
ISSL-THE TABLE BASE COMPANY! come with limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty is only for the manufacturing defects under normal use and service and is subject
to the full satisfaction and acceptance of the ISSL-THE TABLE BASE COMPANY!

This warranty doe not cover paints, finishes, wood nor damages which result from neglect, accident,
intentional misuse or acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme in temperature and
humidity, immersion in water, fading and variations on colors and finishes over time, scratches,
distortions, slight variation on wood/veneer grains, minor variation in sizes, unauthorized repairs,
alterations, abuse or misuse of products, rough handling or careless use.

Furthermore, actual photos of the defects goods clearly shown the claimed qty must be provided for
as proof and evidence to help support the related claims.

If the claims are genuine, fulfilled and satisfied our all the terms and conditions, replacement of
the goods for free of charge is provided on the next shipment however the freight cost is always the
customers' side.

The warranty is always subject to our own discretion and final confirmation.
